Behavioral Technical

The process started with a brief and somewhat disorganized phone interview. Following that, I was invited for an onsite interview where a panel of four interviewers met me. Interestingly, they didn't seem aware of the initial phone call. The onsite portion focused heavily on the lab's history, with minimal questions directly related to the internship. They did ask a lot about my prior work experience.
