I interviewed with two people one on one. They were really friendly and made it conversational. They also gave me info about the hospital and the job. They made the decision right away. That's pretty much it.

I took a work ethics test. They asked some easy questions during the interview. First, I met with the HR director, and then with the nursing supervisor. I got hired that same day! The orientation was pretty good and fun. Everyone was very down to earth and to the point, not wasting anyone's time.

I applied for open interviews as a Mental Health Technician. They gave me a one hour time frame that no one ever showed up for. I was just sitting there for an hour as the only one in the interview room. They made me reschedule plans and lose out on money at my part time job in college since I wasn't able to make it in due to this interview being right in the middle of the shift.

The interviewer was an hour late for the interview, citing that “wires were crossed.” I wasn’t impressed by the lateness or the lack of an apology for wasting my time, as my time is just as valuable. An interview is a two-way street, after all.
