It was a long process with multiple interviews, some in person and some via zoom, with different managers. I also had to do drug and TB tests at different places, which was a hassle if you're already working. They also checked my references. It took a lot of time, might be tough if you don't have much work experience.

I had a phone call with the recruiter, then a phone call with the Sales Director. Finally, I had an in-person interview with the Executive Director, which included a tour of the property and a look at different apartment models. The interview focused on sales scenarios, outreach, and dashboards, as well as field marketing and strategies.

Behavioral

I had a two-round interview process, first with a director and then with a regional manager. There were some delays in getting responses, and the position offered was changed at the last minute. The interviews themselves weren't too challenging, and the questions were pretty standard. My initial impression was okay, but the overall setting wasn't bad.
