Got a phone call for an interview the day after I applied. It wasn't a formal interview. After accepting the position, there was a drug screen shortly after. My first paycheck came via cash card. The orientation was super quick. Lots of nurses leave this place.

After submitting my application online, I was contacted the same week for an interview. I met with the nursing manager for about 1.5 hours. It was a very professional job interview, and we also did an extensive tour of the facility. She said she'd be in touch in a few days. I got a job offer 3 days later, pending the results of some required tests. Then, it took another week for fingerprinting, a physical, and drug testing, and then the position was officially offered. I started the following week.
