The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screen, then a virtual interview, and finished with a full panel interview. I really appreciated that they sent all the questions ahead of time! It made me feel prepared and less nervous knowing I had the chance to get ready.

It was a phone interview with the whole team via teams. It was easy to schedule and meet with people. Great interview process and simple to access. The team all had their video cameras on so you can meet everyone face to face even when you are not there in person.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty drawn out. It seemed like they didn't really need someone right away. The interviewer missed the first meeting. For the next one, he showed up late, saying he had to rush from another event. During that interview, he came across as arrogant, boasting about how much he knew about both his company and mine. Initially, he said I was a perfect fit. But then, a few weeks later, he changed his tune, saying I was lacking in some areas. He set up a second interview and mentioned bringing someone else in to help evaluate my skills. However, just twenty minutes before that second interview was supposed to happen, it got canceled with a quick excuse that the other person couldn't make it.

I had a group interview with the unit manager, unit coordinator, and one of the charge nurses. They each asked scripted questions and wrote down my answers. We also toured the unit and I got to ask some more questions.
