Server
I was instructed to come in and submit my application and resume, but upon arrival, I was informed that they were no longer conducting interviews. I arrived at 1:30 PM, and interviews were scheduled to take place between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Food Runner/Expeditor
This was the most involved and careful interview process I've experienced within the restaurant field. The questions themselves were pretty straightforward and enjoyable, but they did ask for some deep thought. I got a response a few days later.
- How would you rate your server skills on a scale of 1 to 10, and what steps do you think you could take to improve?
- What do you think would make you a better server?
Social Media Intern
I had one interview, and the interviewer indicated it went well, but I never heard back afterward. The interview was pretty standard, nothing unusual. She was pleasant, but I got the impression she'd already decided I wouldn't be selected before we even talked.

Food Runner
We had a group interview where they asked lots of creative and problem-solving questions. I first filled out a paper application and then was invited for an in-person interview a few days later. They called me the same day to let me know I got the job!
