The interview was super simple and to the point. They like direct answers because you don't need a ton of experience to get started with the team. It was a quick interview, and the vibe wasn't stressful at all.

i was sought out by company employees because of my schooling and license. otherwise, the interview specifics vary based on the job level and location. you will have to take a drug test, and also pass a background check, which again depends on the location and position level. however, they are fair and open about what they're looking for.

Behavioral Other

I heard back from them about a month after applying and was asked to come in for an on-site interview. Once I got there, things got pretty chaotic. Even though I was early, the interviewer was running late and I wasn't taken to a room until 15 minutes past the scheduled time. I met with about five different people, but the whole time people kept walking in to chat with interviewers about random stuff. It was hard to get into a flow because of how unprofessional it felt. I offered to reschedule a few times, but they said it's like that every day. That's when I knew it wasn't for me, but I finished the interview anyway. Left pretty disappointed and withdrew my application the next day.
