The interview wasn’t too difficult. I was greeted upon arrival and then sat down for a straightforward and basic process. The questions were simple and the answers were simple too. I didn’t get the job, but it’s okay because I found a job I was looking for.

Had a quick phone call. They didn't even send me a calendar invite to schedule it. The interviewer seemed all over the place and distracted. They also said they'd follow up but never did, which is super unprofessional. Guess basic courtesy is out the window these days. It really makes the business look bad when they don't respect the time candidates put into interviewing.

The interview process was fine. I felt extremely uncomfortable at the interview because there was a sexist dress code sign in the lobby. As a woman, it's extremely off-putting to walk into an office and see a sign that says "Skirts cannot be 1 inch above the knee and bra straps cannot be showing". This 2023, you can't tell women how to dress. If you take into account that another user complained about racism 2 weeks ago, maybe this company isn't the most friendly minorities.

The interview took about 30 - 40 minutes. I met with the Department Manager and Hiring Manager. The interview seemed to go well, I thought I might have been considered, however, I was not presented with an offer. After about two weeks I received an email that stated the following: "We are currently pursuing another candidate whose background and skills more closely fit our current need." Give them time to answer you back, as they explained, They receive many applications and the hiring process has been a very competitive one. I was heart broken to lose the opportunity for such a company but good luck to this more attractive candidate.
