The interview process was very professional and smooth. I applied online and after a week, I had a phone interview, which was a fit interview. Another week later, I attended an online assessment. Finally, I was invited for a final assessment at their office. This assessment involved a 1-hour presentation that I had to prepare beforehand, based on my analysis of a business case. The whole process was really quick and professional, and the case was challenging but interesting to work on.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a difficult and long process. I had 2 interviews and a logic test. First, an HR interview with motivational questions. Second, a logic test which was very DIFFICULT and not really something you can prepare for. Third, a presentation of a business case followed by Q&A. I had a good connection with the HR and the managers, but they are looking for "excellent" people throughout the entire process, and the final interview was stressful (done online due to COVID).

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It's a 3-step process. First, a HR interview to check your motivation and if you align with Broadview values, which are super important to them. Then, you do online tests, similar to those used by major investment banks like J.P. Morgan or Goldman Sachs. Finally, there's an investment case you need to prep for a week, which is really tough and needs solid preparation.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First I had a 30min call with HR where they asked me some standard questions. Then there was an online assessment. The final stage was a take-home case study that I had to present in person at their main offices.
