Software Engineer
I had a call first and then went in person. Everyone I spoke with was nice. After the call, they called me to set up the in-person interview and sent over some paperwork about benefits.

We had a 3 part interview process. Started with a phone pre-screen from the recruiter, then a phone interview with the PM. After that, we got a contingent offer letter. Then there was JPAS verification, followed by a face-to-face interview with the client. Finally, onboarding with HR.
