First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at broadhead.
Account Director
Communication was great all the way through. People were friendly and gave good info on what's next. They were flexible with scheduling. It was easy to work with them. HR gave me good info so I felt prepared for my interviews.
- What are you most excited about?
Account Manager
Had a screening interview over the phone, then a second interview with higher ups. Didn't make it to the third round. They asked typical questions about handling common work situations. Can't say much more. It felt like a pretty standard interview process.
- What made you decide to apply for this role?
Account Coordinator
The interview process at broadhead was great. There was a phone, Skype, and in person interview. Everyone was very nice and the questions were fair and pertinent to the position. I didn't end up getting the job, but I would definitely be interested in a position there in the future.
- Why are you interested in broadhead?
Internship
Be prepared and get ready. It should be just as normal as other internship interviews. Trust yourself. Three rounds in total. NO surprise questions. Regular preparation process for me as least.
