I applied and then I got an email the next day from someone who didn't introduce herself, but the email said they wanted to talk and get to know me better. We spoke and she was the most demotivating and unprofessional person. She didn't sell me the company or its benefits, and when I asked how long she'd been there, she said it wasn't relevant. I said I was asking because I wanted to know if she liked it. At that point, I knew I didn't want to move forward because of the lack of introduction and her response to a legitimate question. She wasn't representing her company well, and I don't want to work for a company that hires people who are a poor representation of it because it implies they are the same way. I believe in being happy and around positive energy.

The Owner of the Community recommended me for this role during a transaction to sell the property. The owner of Broad Management visited the property during due diligence and interviewed me about my experience with the community. I also spoke with two executives from Broad Management and was hired to stay on with the property for continuity and my 25 years of experience in the industry.

I talked to three different people. It wasn't a super long interview and they didn't ask a ton of questions. I got to learn about what the company does, the software they use, and how they manage their operations.

Got an email asking me to interview. I had a quick ten-minute chat, and then they called later to offer me the job. After that, I did some paperwork. They ran a background check and set my start date.
