First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brivity.
Real Estate Virtual Assistant
It was a pleasant experience. The interviewer was very accommodating and easy to talk with. She mostly gauged my attitude rather than experience which I think is nice especially for people who have little experience.
- What was the easiest part of your job?
- What was the most difficult part of your job?
Sales Representative
The interview went quickly. They asked situational questions tied to your resume. The interviewer was really friendly and made it a comfortable experience.
- How do you manage stress
Software Engineer
It was a really unprofessional experience. I thought I was going to get an offer, but then they just ghosted me. It kicked off with a basic phone screen, just to get acquainted. Then, I had a technical interview with some developers. They asked about my past work, threw in some tech questions, and had me code a little something live. After that, they reached out again, and it seemed like they gave me a verbal offer. They asked something like, "so, do you want a job?" We talked about salary and benefits. They said they'd be in touch soon. A week went by with no word. I emailed them for an update. Another week passed, still silence. I sent another email to my initial contact, thinking maybe stuff happens or priorities shift. After a few days, I emailed the developers I'd interviewed with. And... nothing. It's been a month since that last email, and I've already accepted another job. They couldn't even be bothered to send a rejection or any kind of update, even though I asked three different people multiple times.
- Can you explain how to reverse a string by word, for example, given "That is a dog", the output should be "dog a is That"?
Transaction Coordinator
The interview process was great, no unnecessary and unrelated questions were asked. The second part of the interview was also quick but very detailed so make sure to really know what role you are applying for and know the skills you need to highlight.
- Can you describe how you managed your responsibilities?
