First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Britten.
Product Engineer
I applied online and got an email with a quick online behavioral assessment. A few days later, I got a text to schedule a phone interview. No follow-up rejection or anything, which was a bit weird.
- What are your basic background details and expectations?
New Business Development
After applying on the company's website, I was contacted by an HR manager within a couple of days. It was a refreshing conversation, more like an interview. I then interviewed with my potential manager, who got to know my personality and introduced me to potential colleagues. I was also given a tour of the facility. Following this, I had a final interview where I learned about their production process, then completed a mock sales email and cold call to a manager acting as a buyer. Shortly after, I was offered the position.
- What would be your spirit animal and what are your weaknesses?
Shipping Supervisor
This was an internal job opening, so current shipping department employees had to apply internally and could optionally send in their resume. Everyone who applied was interviewed by a panel that included the VP of operations, a Special-Projects Manager, the Department Supervisor, and someone from HR. It seemed like they were trying to pick the candidate who presented the best ideas for positive change.
- What motivates you?
