The interview experience was very calm, professional, and fluid. It really depends on who is interviewing you and the atmosphere. Mine took place by the pool, but it was far away from where the classes were being held.

I applied online through Indeed and they got back to me super fast, within a day! They offered a video interview first, and then they invited me to do a swim interview at one of their locations. I'm still waiting to hear back and really hoping they hire me 🤞.

I got an email to schedule a phone interview. The call lasted almost an hour and a half, and it felt really genuine, which made me excited about the opportunity. After that, we set a date for me to come in person to meet with the manager and assistant. They both seemed to really like me. The assistant manager seemed super interested and told me I could reach out to her using the manager's email. My main concern was finding full-time work, so the manager mentioned he could arrange a mix of Deck Ambassador hours and online Customer Service work for me. I thought I had the job offer, and all I needed to do was say yes or no. I took a few days to consider it because I had other interviews. I didn't hear back, so naturally, I assumed I didn't get it. Then, a week later, I got an email saying they were still interested in me working for the company, but wanted to figure out how full-time would work. This was confusing because the manager had already said he could make that happen. I told him it was still fine and I was happy to accept whatever hours he could offer. I never heard back after that at all. He seemed like a nice guy, but it's tough when you get promising news and then the communication just falls apart.
