The interview was conducted by the recruitment manager and the marketing officer and lasted about an hour. It was split into two parts: one focusing on your relevant work experience, and the other on the British Council's behavior guidelines (which were provided with the interview invitation). They also asked some unexpected questions about your experience with children for English courses and your thoughts on classroom safety for kids.

The interview process was really nice and they emailed and called with clear instructions about the stages and dates. The HR person knew a lot and answered all my questions. The whole process was easy and effective, it didn't mess with my personal time or have crazy demands. They communicated clearly and gave me enough time to get ready for the interview. The interviewers were super friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a good and helpful experience and I'd totally recommend it.
