Candidate interview experiences

Intern
They first give you a writing test on a computer. Once you finish the test, they ask about how difficult it was. Then, they ask about your life and test your answers by seeing how you handle questions.
- What is the best decision you have ever made in your life?
- Tell me about your life.
- How do you approach answering questions?
Intern
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a review of my CV. Then, they asked some questions about me and why I was interested in this role, as well as about my past experiences. The people I spoke with were very friendly.
- Can you share if you have project experience?
- Could you tell us about yourself?
- What motivated your application for this position?
Intern
It was a smooth process, mostly done online, and it ended with an interview with HR and the area managers. No difficult questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
