The process was easy and the interviewers were cooperative; they repeated questions, clarified doubts, and allowed me to ask about issues at hand as well as related questions to the position which I may not have remembered.

Applied online. Had a panel interview with three people. They asked five basic questions, job specific. It was easy to go through. Took less than half an hour.

I got the invitation weeks after sending my resume and was told I passed the first round. I was told to wear formal dress for the interview, which had two parts. First, a face-to-face conversation with the employers, and second, answering a few admin-related questions on paper. The first part went well, with basic questions like why I applied, my past work experience, my most difficult work experience, and a time I was detail-oriented. I admitted I hadn't worked as an admin assistant but had related experience as a foreign affair assistant at school, and my internship at Disney English made me familiar with client communication. It went pretty good, and being honest with your boss is important. I got the offer a week later.
