Applied for the job over a month ago. The interview was structured. I got an offer over the phone, but then they stopped responding when I brought up the work permit process for non-citizens. They even posted the same job again without closing my application, and they never replied to my emails asking for feedback. 🤡🤡🤡

I applied in early September and got an invite about a month later. They gave me a little over a week to get ready for the interview. I could choose between a phone or face-to-face interview, and obviously, I went with face-to-face. I got the BC behaviours document and, like many suggested, I basically memorized it. The interview had set questions. Three people were on the panel and took turns asking me questions. There were 6 questions in total, and at the end, I could add anything I wanted and ask questions about the job. The interview itself took 30 minutes.

I applied in December 2015 and got an invitation for the APTIS test at the end of January 2016. After that, I had an interview in February. The interview started with general questions about me and my background, and why I felt the role was a good fit. Then, we moved on to questions about the specific role and my project management experience. Finally, I was asked to describe past situations corresponding to the British Council Behaviours.
