the interview process was staged in 3 rounds and was very clear and enjoyable. It included an ability test, a recorded online interview and an assessment day. The assessment day included an intro, a 1:1 interview, a task to be completed alone (reading through material and presenting back best case scenario) and a team activity.

It was a long process but pretty standard for graduate programs. First, there were online tests for the initial screening. These included standard Maths, English, and Psychometric tests, all done on a single assessment day. The same afternoon, we had a group exercise which was a roleplay based on a business situation. If we were successful in that, we were then invited back for a face-to-face interview with two managers. The interview was relaxed and focused on getting to know you, your background, and your aspirations.
