The interview process involved a form filling stage, followed by an online video interview with 2 questions, each lasting 3 minutes. Candidates had unlimited preparation time and three attempts to re-record their answers. The final stage was an assessment centre.

applied online then did online tests, then more questions and tests and cover letter questions. If successful, the next stage is an Assessment centre. There are 10 placements available and around 16 applicants in each applicant day (I think there were at least 3 applicant days). The Assessment centre had a group presentation, more psychometric tests, and a personal presentation that led into an interview.
