It was a competitive online assessment center, very few people get in from thousands of candidates. No group assessment. Questions relate to the industry and the job. You need to do a lot of research before.

The interview process starts with an online application for a head office role. I didn't see salaries in the job adverts, but I think analyst salaries are capped around £35k-£37k. Then there's a telephone interview. The available time slots are really limited, and if you can't make the given times, even if you're abroad, there's no option to reschedule or pick another slot. After the telephone interview, if you pass, you'll hear back within two weeks about being invited to an assessment center in Heathrow. They don't pay for travel, and you can't choose a convenient time for the interview, even though it's a long trip. The assessment center includes numerical/verbal tests (which is strange for a non-graduate/intern role), an interview, and a case study/presentation. I'd definitely recommend having water and glasses in the interview room.

Applied online, then had a telephone interview, followed by some online tests. The in-person assessment included a case study and then a strengths interview. The application was easy up until the in-person part. The interviewers were nice, but the reception desk lady was very rude. She didn't accept my paperwork for ID. Also, they don't pay for expenses, which is bad, especially since they don't give feedback after I took a whole day off for it. The case study was tough because it was different from other companies. They should have told us to practice Excel, as I usually use other programs for data analysis. This curveball really set the tone.
