We had a standard interview process, starting with a prescreening test and then a video interview where we were asked competency questions. For the video interview, there were three questions, and we had plenty of time to prepare and answer them, with three attempts allowed for each.

Applied online and a few weeks later got a generic email to pick a 15 minute Teams meeting time. After a few days, another generic email saying I didn't make it to the next stage. No feedback, just a generic email. Feedback should be given since they took the time to select me for an interview.
