I had a phone interview first, then an in-person interview. During the phone interview, they told me about the job description and that the salary was $40k. The in-person was really informative and the manager was nice and flexible.

It was a 10 minute meeting at their office. A lot of fluff. They made me read a script and didn't really tell me what the job entails. The woman was basically selling the job to me without asking me questions or telling me what the job was. It was confusing. The job title didn't match the job at all.

I had a chat with Gale, who was really pleasant. The whole interview process moved pretty fast. Gale was able to clear up any questions I had. Just a heads-up for anyone interviewing, make sure you know you need a password to get through the front door, as nobody mentioned that beforehand.

I applied for a client services role after seeing an ad. The process went okay until I found out they were actually hiring for sales roles, not customer service as I understood it. While sales is fine, the ad was misleading. Customer service is part of the job, but only after a client signs on. It felt like a waste of my time.
