After applying for a programming position, I had a phone screening, then a face-to-face panel interview. It was a really tough interview because they focused a lot on my weak areas. They repeatedly asked the same questions even when I said I didn't know. It was a very bad experience, especially since they were more interested in clinical information than programming.
