Started with a phone chat with the HR recruiter, then had a virtual meeting with the hiring team about two weeks later. Received feedback on references within 5 business days. The hiring manager contacted me the day after reference checks were done to give a verbal offer. Got the official offer letter two days after that. The whole thing from the first HR call to getting the offer took about a month and a half. The HR folks were super quick and got back to me in good time. It was a really good and positive interview experience overall – the hiring team asked some great questions that directly matched my experience with the job description. They also threw in some technical questions, plus some situational and behavioral ones here and there. The questions felt real and not like they were just reading from a script. They seemed really into their work and knew their stuff, too. They were also really clear about what the job would be like. Honestly, one of the best interview processes I've been through!
