I applied for the specialist role at Bristol and received a call the very next day to schedule an interview. The office environment and the staff were very welcoming. After a tour of the facilities, I met with the business office managers and was asked some typical interview questions. They made me feel quite at ease.

The interview first gave a good overview of what the company is trying to achieve and its objectives. Then, we had some questions that helped us both get a clearer picture of what was expected, what experience I had, and what the roles entailed. It made me feel like I wanted to learn more and I was eager to keep going with the company.

After I applied, I had a screening call. HR was late, but it was standard. My in-person interview was scheduled for the next week. Two hours before the interview, I got an automated email saying it was cancelled and the job was filled. I asked HR for clarification, and they sent the same automated message. It's unprofessional to cancel so late, especially since I rearranged my work schedule. I wish I had known during the screening call that the position might close before the interview.

After applying, I had an interview and completed a skills review. The offer was a bit confusing as it also mentioned working with their sister company's hospice clients at the same place. Right after the first interview, they did a drug screening on-site. Training was a group thing for 3-4 days with other new hires. We also got a tour of the facilities and met some of the supervisors.
