The process begins with introductory technical questions focusing on javascript integration. These initial screening interviews are quite brief, typically lasting 15-20 minutes, either over the phone or a video call. The main goal of these screenings is to filter candidates for the actual first round of interviews. So, the questions asked in these screenings are usually straightforward and designed to check a candidate’s practical skills and past work experience. They want to see what experience and skills a candidate has to do the job.

Confirmed questions1 question

Got a call from a recruiter to start. The first round was a technical interview focusing on C#, React, and AWS, which I think went well. Then, they invited me for a second round, a client-facing interview that was both technical and managerial. That also seemed to go very well, with most of my answers being correct. However, three days later, the recruiter called to say I was rejected without providing any reason, which was strange.

  • Technical questions on AWS, C#, and managerial aspects.
