Started with an online aptitude test, then had an interview covering non-relational database questions. They also asked about my projects and internships and what I know about the job role. It was pretty easy. Then there were HR questions about relocation and shifts. Basically, they want to see how confident you are when you speak.

The interview process is quite irritating. After the first round, they require you to upload all your documents from 10th standard marksheets to your last employment records and fill out EAF documents. They also ask for a one-page PPT of your profile, which is a really tedious process. If the CTC discussion matches their budget, they'll schedule the second round interview with the client.
