Associate Consultant
it was pretty straightforward. first, there was an online aptitude test that was quite easy and basic, no cameras required. after that, we had a group discussion (GD) with about 6 people in each group, supervised by a host and an invigilator. they selected 2 people from each group for the next round, which was an interview.

The Bristlecone interview process usually has 2-3 rounds. The most common rounds are technical, one-on-one, and aptitude. The average employee completes 3 rounds and receives a response within a week. It started with a technical round, then a manager round. The technical round covered OOPs, DSA, and SQL. The manager round was like an HR round.
- Can you explain Java OOPs?
- Could you explain Data Types in Python?
- What is Spring Profile, and what are Spring Validations?
Business Consultant
Bristlecone's interview process started with an aptitude test covering English, Math, and Reasoning. This was followed by a Group Discussion (GD) round where candidates spoke for 2 minutes on a given topic; my topic was AI and its Pros and Cons. Next, there was a technical interview with two panelists. One focused on Core Java, and the other on Spring Framework and Spring Boot. Finally, there was a discussion round where they described the role and company, and I was asked to rate my Java skills. It seems like there might be a background check and offer stage after this.
- Could you give us a brief introduction about yourself?
- Can you tell us about a project you've worked on?
- How many people were in your project team, and what was your specific role?
