The interview process was good and efficient, well organized. The process was smooth and they replied on time. They have a very good process for gauging candidates. The interview was tough, not that easy as they gauge you based on your work and attitude.

The interview process was pretty standard, with good questions being asked. However, the waiting time was a bit long. The main issue was with the offer letter's ambiguous clauses. They send most people to SAP labs, and even though you're technically a Bristlecone employee, the offer letter includes a clause that allows them to charge a penalty if you don't join, because they have to onboard you with SAP.
