First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bristlecone.
Senior Consultant
The interview process was good and efficient, well organized. The process was smooth and they replied on time. They have a very good process for gauging candidates. The interview was tough, not that easy as they gauge you based on your work and attitude.
- Can you describe your in-depth understanding of the processes you have worked on?
Consultant
First there was an aptitude test, then a group discussion, and later on interviews. It was good overall. The interviewer was very calm and kind. He asked me about the roles I was interested in.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your projects?
- Which roles are you interested in?
Consultant
The interview process was pretty standard, with good questions being asked. However, the waiting time was a bit long. The main issue was with the offer letter's ambiguous clauses. They send most people to SAP labs, and even though you're technically a Bristlecone employee, the offer letter includes a clause that allows them to charge a penalty if you don't join, because they have to onboard you with SAP.
- Can you describe your basic qualifications and relevant experience?
- Tell me about your experience in this field.
