The interview process was long and confusing at points. I was contacted by 4 people after submitting my application online. Every interviewer asked the exact same questions in the exact same way. They all seemed to focus on the same experience that has nothing to do with my role I applied for or what the role actually requires. The difference is coming from a regional supervisory-type role, to a call center order taker.

The interview process was very smooth and consisted of 3 steps. The interviews might be conducted over video. The final interview will be with a VP from the company, and potentially another person will join this interview. After that, you will get a call to let you know if you got the job.

I applied to this job because I got referred by someone who works here. I talked to the main pharmacist, who is also the boss. We had a chat about me and my experience. It was a face-to-face meeting, and they offered me the job right then, as long as my background check and drug test came back okay.

Applied and about a week later had an interview. The interview went well with Pharmacy Director Debbie Wagner and another pharmacist Matt Pursley interviewing me. We had a lot of things in common. They loved my attitude. I THOUGHT it would be a good fit and the perfect job.
