First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Briotix Health.
Sports Medicine Professional
The first interview went well and the interviewer was helpful. I was presented with a scenario about managing back pain and told all subsequent scenarios would be similar. However, the later scenarios were unrelated and focused on communication between workers and managers.
- What action would you take if a manager denied an employee a step stool needed for reaching high shelves?
Mobility Specialist
You'll get an email to schedule a virtual interview, which uses their app but is basically a Zoom call. The interviewer kicked things off by saying they just wanted to chat and no tough questions would be asked. The questions were pretty typical, like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why this company,' with no specific behavioral questions. Make sure to ask about the job at the end since they sometimes make up their own titles. You'll either get a second interview request or a 'thanks for your time' email if you don't move forward.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What motivated you to apply to this company?
- Could you explain what safe patient handling entails?
Athletic Trainer
First, there was a short initial chat. Then, I had a second interview with two client managers. Finally, a bigger panel interview with four interviewers. The whole process was pretty straightforward and everyone was really pleasant. Since this was during Covid, the interviews were all virtual, but honestly, most interviews are these days anyway since the company is mostly remote/hybrid.
- Can you describe a CARE principle that you demonstrate in your daily work?
Team Supervisor
It's a three-step process. First, there's a written part, then a virtual meeting with management, and sometimes a third stage which is another written assessment. We have a lot of internal candidates for internal roles, so it's competitive for promotions. It used to take a while, but the operations leadership has made it much quicker now.
- How do you handle changes?
