First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brinqa.
QA Engineer
It was a long process, taking almost a month and conducted by the same hiring manager. The interviews felt conversational, and I had the impression he expected me to come up with both the questions and the answers myself. I'm not sure if he was stalling or just uncertain about what he was looking for. It felt a bit disconnected, which might reflect the company overall.

Product Marketing Manager
The interview process went by really fast and smooth. I met with four people from different business departments. Everyone seemed really excited about the job and the company. Most of the questions were about my experience and what the role generally needs. It wasn't a super technical interview, but after talking to everyone, I felt really good about the people, the company, and how I could make a difference quickly.

- How do you see your experience making an impact here?
Customer Success Technical Manager
The interview process was extremely lengthy and poorly managed. I had to repeatedly follow up with the company for several weeks after each stage to get updates on my application status. What should have been a process taking a couple of weeks ended up taking three months, only to be told they selected another candidate. The entire experience was unacceptable. I was asked to interview on dates when I was ill or on vacation, and my concerns were dismissed by the President. The onsite interview felt like a lifeless environment, and the President even took a call and left the interview for a period of time, which others have also noted.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle a challenging situation?
Implementation Manager
The interview I had scheduled for a particular day was postponed multiple times by the interviewer, eventually being moved to the next day. On the rescheduled day, the interviewer was 15 minutes late and offered no apology. They seemed disengaged throughout the phone interview and uninterested in my responses. I was not permitted to ask any questions at the end, and the interview concluded with the standard "We will review the candidates and get back to you if we want to proceed." This was particularly surprising as the interviewer was the company President.
- Can you describe your experience working in both small and large company environments?
