The process had multiple interview rounds that were often rushed due to interviewers' limited availability. Several times, I was told they needed to schedule the interview within about two days because they needed to make a decision quickly, but then I wouldn't hear back for a few weeks. It was disappointing because their company culture was a big draw, but by the end, I felt like an afterthought as a candidate.

I applied on Gethired.com and then got an email to set up a phone interview, but they had to cancel and reschedule it. After that, I was contacted by the local Chili's for a face-to-face interview, which I had. Then I had a phone interview, and I also had to take an online assessment. I sent a follow-up email but didn't get a response, and two weeks later I was told I didn't get the position.
