It started with an HR call, followed by a technical interview with two engineers. The interview felt unorganized and poorly managed, with extended discussions on various topics before getting to the technical questions. The questions covered a range of JavaScript topics and some relatively easy LeetCode problems. One interviewer left midway, and the other seemed disengaged. Ultimately, there was no follow-up.

I had three interviews, one with the VP of EMEA, one with the CRO, and one with a team member. Then, there was a final presentation where they evaluated my coachability and ability to quickly incorporate feedback. They emphasized that MEDDPICC is a core part of their sales culture and asked about my experience with it.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was pretty nice, the interviewer talked to me about my experience and goals, and told me about the company. He seemed new to interviewing though. I was asked to make a Sales Deck, but I made a mini site instead. He called me 15 minutes after I sent it and said it wouldn't work because I misspelled a few words. I told him it was copy/paste from their website. He didn't know what to say but decided it was too big of a problem. I decided I don't want to work with him anyway.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a short call with a recruiter, under 15 minutes. They mentioned the hiring process would be extensive, involving a 2-hour assessment, a presentation, and individual interviews with about 5 team members. Even though I wasn't interested then, I proceeded to the next stage to meet the hiring manager. This interview was unusual; the manager asked me only two questions and then invited me to ask her questions.
