Administrator
It was a quick process overall, and I had a good experience. The recruiter was nice and kept me updated. I met with two managers who were on time and treated me well. They didn't ghost me.
- It was more of a discussion than a standard Q&A interview.
Account Manager
Recruiter set up the interview. I had an in-person and a phone interview. Recruiter gave me a salary estimate, but the offer was way less. The in-person interview was weird; the interviewer seemed preoccupied, like I was wasting their time. But I still got an offer.
- Are you willing to work 10 hours daily and be reachable by phone on weekends?
Dispatcher
I was hired with the recruiter. She seemed honest about the company, but when I got there, I found a totally different situation. I'll be more careful in the future when dealing with recruiters. I'd rather deal directly with the company.
