First, I had to do an assessment, and then I had a virtual interview. The assessment was okay, but the interview itself wasn't great. The interviewer seemed disengaged, rushed through the questions, and spoke really fast. They were mumbling so much that I had to ask them to repeat themselves because I couldn't hear them clearly the first time. I never got any follow-up after the interview.

I had a Zoom interview with someone named Stori and it went pretty well. We chatted, asked and answered questions, and I felt like we both understood the job. After the call, I was told I'd get a creative assessment that same day. I sent a thank you email right after and mentioned looking forward to it. The next day, I followed up about the assessment via email, but haven't heard back since. It's weird because they still have lots of open slots on Calendly, making me wonder if they're actually hiring.

It was a really good interview experience. The people interviewing me were nice, really detailed, and professional. They asked questions that made sense for the job. I got feedback quickly, and it was also professional. They clearly knew what they were looking for in a candidate. Even though I didn't end up getting an offer, the whole thing felt respectful and was a positive experience overall.

This was one of the weirdest interview experiences I’ve ever had. It started normal where a recruiter reached out to set up an interview with the hiring manager. We had a great conversation and I heard back later that day that she loved our conversation and wanted me to move on to the next interview in the process. They sent me a 30 minute “assessment” to complete and it was the weirdest task I’ve ever been asked to complete during the interview process in my 7-year PR career. It was a timed test where I had to compete multiple choice math and word problem questions having absolutely nothing to do with PR. Then I had to do a second test that tested if I knew the basics of how to use a computer as if I could be this far along in my career not knowing how to use a computer. I guess I failed the test because the company ghosted me for over a week after that (despite telling me I’d get another interview) and then I finally got an automated rejection email. Total waste of my time.
