First, there was a phone call to discuss the job and my interest in it. After that, I had an in-person meeting. They mostly asked me about my experience and past work. I also had to complete a checklist to show what nursing skills I possess.

It was a really laid-back and welcoming interview process. They made me feel super comfortable the whole time. I got to ask all my questions at the end, and the staff was really friendly. I left feeling good about it.
