The interview process involves an initial HR screen, followed by several Zoom calls with team members. It culminates in an onsite interview which includes a group presentation and a detailed project development and scoping exercise for the intended role. I found the hiring practices suspicious, as they seemed to require significant technical planning and work typically done by the employee, suggesting the roles might be posted for free consulting. This was one of the most challenging engineering interview processes I've experienced. While the interviewers were consistently respectful and encouraging throughout, the final outcome was a rejection.

Had an initial HR screen, then a zoom call with the hiring manager, another stakeholder, and then a call with the CEO. They also asked for a 'case study' with several 'hypothetical' questions on approach/framework. This role has been up for a while, so it felt like rolling interviews, possibly for free consulting on their company direction. Be aware before you go in, prepare your 'case study'/free consulting materials.
