Got a call for an interview a week after I applied for the Foster Care Case Manager job. I was interviewed by 3 people: 1 supervisor and 2 case managers. I was a little scared but prepared and they made me feel comfortable, I showed confidence. The interview was straight to the point, but was 1 hour long of engaging with the employees about the job description. You have to be willing to ask them A LOT of questions in return making sure you show interest in the position. They loved that!

I had one interview with the person who would end up being my supervisor. The company gave me a good impression from the moment I walked in, starting with the receptionist and then the interview itself kicked off right on time. After a quick look around the newly updated office space, we sat down to chat. The interview itself was about 30 minutes, and it was pretty standard stuff, no curveballs. I was a bit anxious, as you'd expect, and the interviewer was quite serious, though they did crack a smile once or twice. Overall, it was a very professional experience.

The interview was great and we spent a lot of time discussing our expectations for the position. By the end of the interview, I had a clear understanding of the role, and the interviewer had a great understanding of my personal goals for the job. I didn't feel like this was your average interview because we started by getting to know each other first, which was a great sign for me to notice the company culture, and I must say I was impressed! Overall, I'm very glad I had the interview.

I had one brief interview with the intact and retention supervisor and then a second longer interview with the program supervisor. The interview was average level of difficulty, typical questions you would expect for this role. It Interviewer ghosted after the interview which I think is unprofessional and rude.
