BrightChamps offers online teaching roles, but it could be better. The demo part takes a lot of prep for little pay. The interview itself is okay, mainly checking how you communicate and teach a demo lesson. If they sorted out pay and scheduling, it'd be a better gig.

The interview process involved a quiz, a teaching session, and then training sessions. The final selection was based on understanding the training material, which was again demonstrated in a teaching session. The quiz was on coding for me. It's important to listen carefully during the training session and take notes because they check all of that in the final teaching session. Project links are on the platform scratch, which uses block-based coding.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Conduct a teaching session using a project link.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through 3 interview rounds for a role and was initially quoted a package of 5.5 L. After the interviews, they said they might offer 5 L based on my performance. A couple of days later, they informed me I wasn't selected due to budget constraints. It was frustrating to go through interviews only to be rejected for reasons unrelated to my qualifications, feeling like my time was wasted.

The interview process was simple. You can apply for the position either from Indeed or their site. They will then send you an email with relevant information about the job and the interview date. The interview was entirely online. During the interview, you'll be asked to do an online test in front of HR while your camera is on and you're sharing your screen. You'll proceed to the next round if you score above their cutoff. You'll get an email telling you to prepare for a programming question. The programming is done in Scratch. You'll need to give the interviewer a demo class and explain the program step-by-step. The interviewer will only let you know if you're selected or not after this interview.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Deliver a Scratch Project for the Mock Round.
