Registered Dental Assistant
They're willing to pay for your training to become a registered dental assistant! It's a pretty straightforward process. I'd suggest asking questions at the end. Also, make sure you have a basic understanding of what a dental assistant actually does.
- What makes you want to pursue a career as a dental assistant?
Dentist
It was pretty relaxed. A recruiter got in touch and set things up. First, I got a tour of the office and then chatted with the head dentist. After that, I went to another office where I'd be working most of the time. I talked with the dentist there about how they approach treatment, and then they offered me the job.
- What gets you up and going in the morning?
- What are your thoughts on your future?
Hygiene Assistant
It was a very thorough and attentive interview process. They wanted to be sure I was a good fit for the role. The interviewer was really nice and helpful. The whole thing went very smoothly.
- Can you handle working in a fast-paced setting?
Front Desk Receptionist
You'll first meet with HR in Southfield. After that, you'll complete some tests. If you pass those, there will be two working interviews.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What are your thoughts on previous or current employers?
