The interview was chill and nice. They asked some basic questions about my background, when I could start, and why I wanted the job. They also explained what they expected from me and what the job involved, and talked about the company's mission.

Business Analyst
My experience working with the company was good overall. I got to work with different teams, do different things, and I really liked the learning and the supportive vibe. But, leaving was harder than I thought. I did my two weeks notice. In the last meetings, they said I had to pay $300 to get my relieving letter, saying it was policy. I get that donations and policies are important, especially in an NGO, but I think they should tell you this upfront. It would prevent issues later. Other than that, my work experience was good and helped me grow professionally.
