First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bright HealthCare.
Care Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. A recruiter reached out, and I went through two interviews. After receiving an offer, I did have to travel to LA for some paperwork, but overall it was quite easy. I was a remote employee.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a challenging patient situation?
Caregiver
The recruiter was nice and talked about the job details like shifts, hours, and pay. They asked why I want to be a caregiver, if I have a car, and if there are any clients I wouldn't want to work with.
- What is the number of hours per week you are looking for?
Data Analyst
I only had an interview with a recruiter for this position. It was a quick informal chat to go over my resume, the role itself, and what I was looking for salary-wise. It was a really good experience and they seemed to have some great benefits that aren't typical.
- Can you discuss the frequent changes in your work history over the past few years?
- What are your salary expectations?
Product Manager
Had three interviews total. Started with a phone screen, then met with the hiring manager and a team member. All interviews were about 45 minutes and focused on behavioral questions. I got the offer after these and accepted.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivated you to apply to Bright Health?
- Describe a time you dealt with conflict.
