Had a sit down with the director to chat about events we would set up. It was mellow and kind, and they gave me time to ask questions. It was 20 minutes long and we went over duties, pay, and hours.

So this role had a few parts to it. They wanted to see how I'd fit in with student development and the university's overall goals. The interview itself was with a mix of the department staff and some student workers. It took about two weeks from start to finish to get through all the steps, which included a technical evaluation and a graphic design test.
