First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Briggs Auto Group.
Sales Professional
I applied for a sales role. I had an interview with the Sales Manager and General Manager. They called me the next day and offered me the job. The training started right away and it was really helpful for my career.
- What are your career goals for the next 3 years?
Sales
first you talk to a gatekeeper, then you do a personality test which is super important, more than the interview. after that, a trainer or general manager will interview you. if they like you, they usually call back in a week or two. they ask general sales questions to see if you're really driven by money. if you are, they hire you.
- Can you sell me a pencil?
Salesman
Had a personality test, then met with a couple of managers. After that, I had a drug test and then got the job offer. They sent me to training that I paid 300 dollars for, and they said I'd get it back after 90 days, but I never did. After 3 days of basic training, I did a week of "Briggs" training before they let me start selling cars.
- Would you describe yourself as outgoing?
