First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services.
Wellness Clinician
The interview went well and I got a verbal job offer. They said I'd get an email but I never did, even months later.
- What is your total years of experience?
Registered Nurse
Since I'm a new grad, they asked me some basic questions about how I would treat certain ailments. The interviewer was very nice, and it really felt like a conversation.
- What do you hope to achieve and what impact do you want to make here?
- How do you envision yourself managing the demands of working in a long-term care environment?
Community Nurse
The process felt cold and unwelcoming. They first accepted my application and then interviewed me, but after a few months of silence, they called back for a second interview. It was at this second interview that they offered me the job. I had honestly forgotten about the first interview and assumed they hired me just because they needed staff quickly, without providing a proper job description. They didn't mention that most of the job involved driving clients to appointments, which wasn't what I expected from a 'Community Nurse' role.

Wellness Specialist
The interview was led by the Director of the Program and Executive Associate Director. I dressed professionally, gave a firm handshake, and we met in a conference room where they made me feel welcome and comfortable for the interview.
- Can you introduce yourself and elaborate on your strengths and weaknesses?
- Could you share your reasons for leaving your last job and your 5-year career aspirations?
- What information do you have regarding our organization?
