The whole process was super long and really disorganized. I ended up getting rejected because of an accident from three years ago that wasn't even my fault. Honestly, I'd only suggest this company if you're looking for a major headache.

Technical Behavioral Presentation
I applied through a university job fair and had an on-campus interview. Then, I had a follow-up interview at the Akron, OH location. The interview day started with HR, followed by a 3-engineer panel interview. After that, I had a one-on-one behavioral interview with upper management. Then, a "young" engineer gave me a tour of the testing facilities. I had lunch with 3 "young" engineers. The day ended with the HR rep. The staff seemed knowledgeable and asked interesting questions, which was a nice change. The testing facilities and building were cool, new, and clean. It seemed like there were many young employees, but they were closely supervised by older employees who appeared to be encouraging conformity in the younger staff.
