Bridgestone Americas Manufacturing Engineer Interview Questions
& Process

I was first contacted by a third-party recruiter, then had a call with the HR manager. Following a brief chat, I was invited for an onsite interview at Carmel HQ. The interview mainly consisted of behavioral questions and a review of my resume and past experiences. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job, but the experience wasn't terrible. The frustrating part was getting my travel expenses reimbursed. After the interview, I submitted the reimbursement form via email to my recruiter with a thank you note. About a month later, I followed up with the recruiter for a status update. He assured me it was entered into the system and would be paid the next day. However, 20 days later, I still hadn't received the reimbursement, so I emailed him again with no reply. 13 days after that, I emailed him once more and am still awaiting a response. I wish they hadn't told me it was processed when it wasn't. It's been over a month and I've seen nothing.

Got in contact with the company at SWE conference, where I was been interviewed as they liked my resume. I received a call from the HR saying that they will like to invite me to the plant and conduct further interviews. Was been interviewed by 5 management people for the whole day. Within the next two days received a call from the HR saying that they will like to extend an offer to me. I grabbed it!!!

I applied and the next week I had a phone interview with five people from Bridgestone. It was to go through my resume and also discuss the opportunity of the new job opening. Three weeks later, I got an onsite interview, and I was interviewed by a professional engineer as well as a senior manager together. Everyone I met at Bridgestone was really friendly and helpful.
